Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is permanent and removes everything.

Delete from inside the app

The fastest way, and it takes effect immediately:

Open FrogBooks and go to the Account tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. That's it.

Or delete by email

Email support@frogbooks.app from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my FrogBooks account.” We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your login (email address and password)
Every book, and every entry in every book
Every receipt and barcode photo you've stored
Your custom categories, jobs, vendor preferences, and balance history

Deletion is permanent — there is no undo, and we don't keep copies. If you want your records first, export your reports and receipt-book PDF from the Account tab before deleting.
